- AF, Inc. provides an on-site employee to operate the IPS System.
- All functions associated with procuring & securing products are our responsibility.
- All inventory is owned by AF. No investment on the customer's part.
- AF provides all required equipment necessary to operate the IPS System
- Inventories remain the ownership of AF, Inc. until issued out to the customer.
- Quantities issued are not restricted to box quantities or minimums . Only requested amounts are issued.
- Customer is billed only for what is consumed.
- Billing can occur on weekly, or monthly basis
- IPS System is supported by custom designed software.
- All products are bar-coded.
- All receipts & issues are conducted using a handheld scanner.
- Full traceability is provided.
- Packing slips are immediate.
- Billing is provided in a variety of formats to customer req't.
- Detailed usage reports are available.
- Security on product usage can be implemented.
- On-hand inventories can be provided on disk if customer software requires.
